As you may know VeryThai.co.uk was a key sponsor of the Thai Chef Skills Development course which was organised by ATBUK in association with the Royal Thai Embassy and took place at the University of West London last month.

While the key aim of the course was to open an opportunity for Thai chefs working in the UK to gain a formal qualification certificate in Thai Cuisine from the Department of Skills Development of the Thai Government Ministry of Labour, there was an added element of competition thrown into the mix.

The student from each class judged to have made the best tasting dish by Ajarn Srisamorn herself, a cooking guru who flew from Thailand especially to give masterclasses for the course, was awarded a prize from our very own VeryThai.co.uk.

We asked each of these students to share with us one of their favourite recipes and we now have them all right here on the site for you to try to at home:
